Bill Irwin is a senior law clerk in our municipal liability and insurance practice. He works primarily with Murray Davison and has been an integral part of Murray’s practice since 1974. In addition to assisting with the day to day running of the municipal law practice, Bill has also been involved in numerous trials and appeals.
