After articling with Paterson, MacDougall LLP, Anna joined the firm as an associate in August 2007.  Anna’s litigation experience includes appearing on contested motions before the Superior Court of Justice; defence of baggage loss, personal injury and delay claims brought against airlines; assisting on trials before the Superior Court of Justice as well as assisting on an appeal before the Ontario Court of Appeal.  She is fluent in Russian with intermediate knowledge of French.  Anna’s passions outside the law include the love of dance, theatre and circus arts.

Publications: Anna has contributed to the “Discrimination and Human Rights” and “Aviation and Space Law” Volumes of Halsbury’s Laws of Canada (Lexis/Nexis Butterworths).

Member: Anna is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Defence Lawyers.
