Bill is a Senior Law Clerk in our Municipal Liability and Insurance Divisions.  Bill began his career in law as a court clerk doing filings and service of documents.  He was then hired as a law clerk to assist J. Murray Davison.  Bill has been an integral part of Murray’s practice since 1974.  He has been a member of the Law Clerks Institute for the past 25 years.
