Susan joined Paterson, MacDougall LLP as an associate in 2009, after practising civil litigation with a Toronto litigation boutique.

Susan has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, in cases involving commercial disputes, product liability, professional negligence, bodily injury, insurance coverage and wrongful dismissal. Susan has also appeared before various tribunals, including the Employment Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Member: Susan is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers’ Association and the Medico-Legal Society.
