Caleb is an associate at Paterson MacDougall LLP. Caleb is developing his practice in the areas of aviation law, municipal liability and insurance defence.

Before coming to Paterson MacDougall LLP Caleb worked at a boutique insurance defence firm in Toronto where his practice included providing coverage opinions and the defence of insured interests for 1st and third party claims involving property damage, automobile polices, professional liability, accident benefits, subrogation and priority disputes. Caleb has completed several Trials at the Ontario Small Claims Court where he has been successful for matters involving automobile coverage and misrepresentation.

Caleb is a zealous advocate. Throughout law school Caleb demonstrated an ongoing passion for advocacy. He competed in several moots held at Western University, finishing in the finals multiple times. Caleb was chosen to represent Western at the 2020 Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association cup.
